More Documents Added

We're added a number of new documents in our Critical Analysis section for voters interested in learning more about the impacts of Initiative 1033. Included are materials from the Washington Hospital Association, Washington Research Council, City of Port Angeles, and Senate Committee Services. Note that some of these materials are intended for educational purposes only.
